简    历:学习经历:
1989至1993年,江苏农学院食品工程专业本科,获工学学士学位、江苏农学院优秀毕业生;
2001至2004年,江苏大学农产品加工及贮藏工程专业硕士研究生,获工学硕士学位;
2003至2006年,江苏大学农产品加工及贮藏工程专业博士研究生,获工学博士学位。
工作经历:
1993至2001年,在南京天环食品集团任工程师、中心化验室主任;2006年至今在江苏大学任教,现任食品与生物工程学院教授、江苏大学食品物理加工研究院常务副院长。2007.2至2008.5在University of Tennessee, Knoxville进行博士后合作研究,2011.11在College of Engineering, University of California, Berkeley 短期学习。2012.3至2013.2在科技部农村技术开发中心农业高技术处挂职借调。2016年入选江苏高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人培养对象。近年来获农业部、教育部、江苏省及中国机械工业联合会、中国食品科学技术学会等行业科技奖一等奖4项、二等奖4项、中国专利奖优秀奖1项。
学术兼职:中国农学会农产品贮藏加工分会理事,中国昆虫学会昆虫产业化专业委员会委员,中国农业机械学会农副产品加工机械分会会员,江苏省食品科学与技术学会会员,镇江市新型农业技术推广项目首席专家,兼任多家企业技术顾问,科技部、国家自然科学基金委、江苏省科技厅等部门项目评审专家,Ultrasonics Sonochemistry、Food Chemistry、Food & Function、《食品科学》等国内外知名学术期刊论文评阅专家。
主要研究:1.食品物理加工技术与装备
将超声波、脉冲磁场、脉冲强光、常压室温等离子体等物理技术应用于食品发酵、酶解、提取及杀菌等加工过程,重点开展超声波、磁场强化微生物发酵的技术、作用机制研究以及装备的开发。
2.蛋白质与多肽资源开发新技术
固态/液态发酵饼粕制备活性多肽的新技术及装备开发,蛋白质提取过程中赖丙氨酸等有害物的形成及控制,蛋白质改性新技术。
3.天然产物资源活性成分的开发
来源于大蒜、饼粕、食用昆虫等资源的生物活性成分提取、稳定化技术、消化吸收及功效评价研究。

及奖励:
近年来研究成果获农业部中华农业科技奖一等奖1项、江苏省科技进步奖二等奖2项、教育部科技进步奖二等奖2项、中国机械工业联合会、中国食品科学技术学会、中国产学研合作促进会等社会力量设置科技一等奖3项。
参与完成的11项研究成果分别通过江苏省科技厅、教育部、农业部、中国轻工业联合会及中国能源学会等主持的科技成果鉴定,其中大部分成果经鉴定达到国际领先或国际先进水平。
