On September 20th, 2020, the International Joint Research Center for Food Physical Processing was established in Jiangsu University. Yutao Zhao, vice President of Jiangsu University, and Xiaobo Zou, dean of School of Food and Biological Engineering, unveiled the joint research center. Ma Haile, director of Institute of Food Physical Processing, presided over the unveiling ceremony.
The goal of the joint research center is to improve the overall level of scientific research on food physical processing through extensive and in-depth international cooperation and exchanges. Many experts from the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Italy and Hong Kong China have been invited as visiting professors to participate in the research work of the Joint Research Center. We plan to carry out large-scale international joint research around some common themes in the future to solve scientific problems and break through technical bottlenecks.
