The FFC 2022 China Functional Food Conference, organized by the FFC China Functional Food Conference Organizing Committee, was held in Nanjing from August 1st – 3rd, 2022.
With the theme of “Functional Food and Human Health”, the conference was held in the form of invited presentations, seminars, and exhibitions. About 600 enterprises and 1500 experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs from the entire industrial chain, including universities, research institutes, raw material and ingredient enterprises, production enterprises, equipment enterprises, OEMs, analysis companies, and marketing planning companies, participated in this conference.
Institute of Food Physical Processing from Jiangsu University is one of the co-organizers of this FFC conference. Professor Haile Ma was invited to preside over the special report and make a session report entitled “Apparatus and equipment – An approach Guarantee for Research and development of Functional Food”.
