In order to strengthen the scholarly communication of food physical processing, with the full support of the Rural Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Jiangsu University has established the annual conference “Jinshan Food Physical Processing Symposium” since 2014, which is divided into four series, namely, the high-end forum, international forum, youth forum, and enterprise forum. The symposium of this year is the turn of enterprise forum, and the theme is: Detonate the physical potential, hit the industry pain points. The symposium invited five leading experts in the field of food physical processing and seven entrepreneurs for the conference presentation. The participating experts and entrepreneurs jointly launched an in-depth communication on the role of physical technologies in breaking the technical bottleneck of the food industry. The participants have expressed that the experts and entrepreneurs face the industrial issues directly and provide solutions with physical technologies, gaining a lot of golden ideas, and hope to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises through in-depth cooperation.
