Professor Ronghai He (Executive Vice-Dean & Executive Vice-Director)

      Professor Ronghai He is the Executive Vice-Dean of the Institute of food physical processing and the Executive Vice-Director of the International Joint Research Center for Food Physical Processing. He is one of the middle-aged and young academic leaders of Colleges and Universities of Jiangsu Province. He is also a member of the agricultural product storage and processing branch of the China Association of Agricultural Science Societies and a fellow of the insect industrialization committee of the Entomological Society of China. Professor He mainly engaged in the research fields of food physical processing technology and equipment, agricultural by-product deep processing, functional food development, etc. In recent years, Professor He has presided over more than 20 research projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Key R & D sub-Program and Jiangsu Provincial Key R & D Program. He has published more than 150 academic papers in domestic and international journals, including over 70 SCI papers (over 30 papers in Q1 of JCR and over 10 papers in Q2 of JCR) and 50 EI papers. He also has over 20 authorized patents. Professor He participated in the writing and compiling of two English treatises and three Chinese treatises. Currently, Professor He has won 4 first prizes on the provincial and ministerial Science and Technology Progress and 4 second prizes, as well as an excellent award of Chinese Patent.
