Professor Xiaofeng Ren (Vice-Dean & Vice-Director)

   Professor Xiaofeng Ren is the Vice-Dean of the Institute of food physical processing and the Vice-Director of the International Joint Research Center for Food Physical Processing. He was selected as the outstanding young teacher of the Colleges and Universities Project of Jiangsu Province, the special expert of Development of Northern Jiangsu Province, and the young academic leader of the Training Project of Key Teachers of Jiangsu University. Professor Ren has presided and participated in over 10 scientific research projects at the provincial and ministerial level, including National Natural Science Foundation of China and Jiangsu Provincial Key R & D Program. He has published more than 20 SCI/EI papers, 6 treatises and textbooks, and over 20 authorized Chinese invention patents. As the main accomplisher, Professor Ren has awarded the second prize of Jiangsu Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Ministry of Agriculture Shennong Agricultural Science and Technology Award, as well as the honorable mentions of Chinses Patent.
