Two mechanical industrial standards presided over by Professor Haile Ma of our institute received approval

On April 26th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China published the newly approved industrial standards in Standard Bulletin No. 10 of 2022. Two mechanical industrial standards, “JB/T 14373-2022 Ultrasonic Liquid Food Processing Equipment” and “JB/T 14374-2022 Food Machinery-Catalytic Infrared Heating Equipment”, which presided over by Professor Haile Ma of our institute (Food Physical Processing, FPP), were approved and will be implemented on October 1, 2022. Our institute has carried out long-term research on the application of ultrasound, infrared and other physical methods in food manufacturing and the development of relevant devices. The construction of industrial standards through the cooperation of industry, academia and research is a critical step to leading and regulating the development of the industry.
