Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Biological Processing and Separation of Agro-products was approved by the Department of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province in 2003. The research center was jointly constructed by Jiangsu Hengshun Vinegar Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu University, with an investment of 2 million yuan. It was finished and passed the acceptance in 2006. The research center concentrates on brewing technology of vinegar, rice wine, soy sauce, and other condiments. Moreover, the research on the enzymatic production of bioactive peptides, fermented production of functional components is performed. It also investigates the supercritical fluid and ultrasound-assisted extraction technologies of certain natural ingredients and promotes the application of related technologies.
The engineering technology research center is open to relevant enterprises, universities, and research institutions. Welcome to cooperate!
