Ultrasonics Sonochemistry
      2011-2020,57 papers have been published in Ultrasonics Sonochemistry(JCR zone 1), the TOP journal in the field of acoustics. In the past 10 years, the number of published papers in this journal ranks 4th in the world and 1st in the food field.
Books on Food physical processing
      In 2016, the first domestic book on food physical processing "Strategic Study on the development of food physical processing technology and equipment " was published in China Science Press.
      In 2018, the world's first English book on food physical processing "Advances in Food Physical Processing Technology" was published in Zhejiang University Press.
      In 2019, "Advances in Food Processing Technology" was jointly published by Springer and Zhejiang University Press.
Book on Supercritical Fluid
      In 2000, the book "Supercritical Fluid Extraction of Biological Resources" was published in Anhui Science and Technology Publishing House, which systematically introduced the theory and application of supercritical fluid extraction technology on biological resources, won the second prize of excellent science and technology books of the 14th East China Science and Technology Publishing House and the second prize of the 5th Anhui Book Award.
